ABOUT ME

As a Memphis native, I grew up exploring wonderful works of art at the Pink Palace and Brooks Museum of Art. My way of self-expression throughout my adolescence was to create. I worked in various mediums, no particular one stood out to me.

In college, I studied graphic design and fell in love primarily with the design aspect of it.

My first embroidery project was a gift for my mother. I had always given her some form of artwork but I wouldn't have guessed that I would grow so attached to this art form. Finally, I had a medium that felt like home.

Hand embroidery allows me the freedom to design for each project and gives me the satisfaction of using my hands to physically create.

I love working with others to design the perfect embroidery embellishment on their desired item.
